Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing shoppiestopp@gmail.com.
After 24 hours, the order may already be processed and shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

*  The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

*  Proof of purchase is required.

*  A 360 degree video of the product

Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

*  Personal care or hygiene products

*  Perishable goods

*  Customized or made-to-order products
